Each one is a single visit: what failed, what was measured, what was changed and how the call ended. They are printed as they were given to us, first name and last initial, and the ones that are less than glowing are printed too. A wall of nothing but top marks tells a reader nothing, and a bench that has never had a part arrive wrong or a second visit go out is a bench nobody has ever used.

We lost the lower cavity of the double oven after a week of storms. He checked ground and supply at the outlet first, then the boards, and found only the relay board damaged. He replaced it and explained plainly how a surge gets in.
